• Access to the first 30 tasks.
• Add up to 10 pictures to your portfolio book
• Apply to 20 jobs per month (no more than 1 applications per calendar day).
• Schedule portfolio & skill bootcamps. These are physical activities inside our studios located in Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands. You'll receive a catwalk workshop, photoshoot and job hunting session.
• Get posted on our Instagram account.
• 24/7 fashion support.
Tier 3: Rising Star Plan
• Unlimited tasks (a total of 200+ tasks)
• Add unlimited pictures and video's to your portfolio book.
• Unlimited Job applications per month.
• Schedule portfolio & skill bootcamps per year. These are physical activities inside our studios located in Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands. You'll receive a catwalk workshop, photoshoot and job hunting session.
• Get posted on our Instagram account.
• Get placed on our website.
• Create unlimited customized shoot..
• 24/7 fashion support.
• Trial access is limited as described in Section 3.
7: User obligations
Users agree not to:
• Post harmful or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent identity or qualifications
• Abuse messaging or job application features
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Subscriptions remain active until managed through Apple settings.
9: Privacy policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You must review and accept it before using the app.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated terms.

Terms for Bootcamps and Customized Shoots
Users who schedule bootcamps or customized shoots are required to comply with the following conditions:
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
Final Cancellation Policy
If a user chooses to cancel a scheduled shoot or bootcamp, they must contact the agency directly. Once cancelled, the shoot or bootcamp cannot be rescheduled.
Edited Images
Each user will receive three (3) edited photographs as part of the booking. Additional edited images can be purchased for €5.00 per image, payable via bank transfer.
Guests at the Shoot
Users may bring friends or family members to the shoot. However, photographs including additional persons are not permitted unless a customized shoot has been booked and this option has been explicitly selected.
Time Slots and Punctuality
Each shoot is allocated a 60-minute time slot. If a user arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the original 60 minutes. Extensions are not guaranteed.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring they book the correct studio location and arrive at the appropriate venue.
Liability
Disstrikt is not liable for any personal losses, damages, or broken items during the shoot or bootcamp.
Delivery of Edited Images
Edited photographs will be delivered via the mobile application, accessible through the “Schedule a Shoot” section.
13: Chatbot usage
Use of Chatbots Within the Application
To enhance user experience and provide timely support, the Disstrikt application includes chatbot functionality. By using the application, users agree to the following terms regarding chatbot usage:
Purpose of the Chatbot
The chatbot is designed to assist users with general information, guidance, task support, and frequently asked questions related to the services offered within the application. It is intended as a supportive tool and does not replace human staff or professional advice.
Accuracy of Information
While Disstrikt strives to ensure that the information provided by the chatbot is accurate and up to date, responses may be automated and based on predefined logic or artificial intelligence. Disstrikt does not guarantee that all chatbot responses are complete, accurate, or applicable to every individual situation.
No Professional Advice
Information provided by the chatbot should not be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on chatbot interactions.
Human Support
For complex, sensitive, or account-specific matters, users may be required to contact Disstrikt staff directly. The chatbot may redirect users to human support where appropriate.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for how they use the chatbot and for verifying important information through official channels when necessary. Misuse of the chatbot, including abusive language or attempts to manipulate the system, may result in restricted access.
Data and Conversations
Conversations with the chatbot may be stored and analyzed to improve service quality, functionality, and user experience, in accordance with Disstrikt’s Privacy Policy. Users should not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information through the chatbot unless explicitly requested within secure application flows.
Availability and Limitations
Chatbot functionality may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Disstrikt is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from chatbot unavailability or errors.
Acceptance of Use
By interacting with the chatbot, users acknowledge and accept these terms and understand the limitations of automated assistance within the application.
